Warren Industries

The centerpiece of this compact plan is a small industrial park that'll keep a local freight job plenty busy. With no grades and no cut track pieces, it's a good plan for beginners who would like to get their feet wet with some switching action.

Notes on operation: Although two trains could not run simultaneously, it's possible to have one train parked either on the passing siding (inner curve at right) or on the stub-end siding (lower left), while another train worked the industries. The plan includes the necessary power feeders and insulators to support this scenario. Using DCC, however, would do away with the need for insulators and multiple feeders.
