3. Kitbash Fever
With a generous stockpile of laser-cut structure kits on hand, which I'd purchased for the aborted WR&N VI back in 2012, I started kitbashing like there was no tomorrow—which, to be honest, is pretty much how I felt: like there might not be a tomorrow for me. Partway through the kitbashing frenzy, however, I suddenly ran out of steam and put everything into storage. Then I pulled everything back out of storage for another round of kitbashing, and later put it back. One might think of it as bi-polar modeling.
