I was trying to come up with a clever caption for this wacky photo of Zack, but I'm short on creativity at the moment. Perhaps visitors could make suggestions? In other news, David's Animation Workshop is finished—at least for now; doubtless I'll add to it over time. That's one of the advantages of a website versus a book: it's a living document that can continue to change and grow. And speaking of change, I'm taking a long, hard look at what to do with the WR&N X.

Also, note to self: Let. It. Go. The world is round, it's burning up, and we're responsible—regardless of what some people claim, even some otherwise intelligent people. The problem is, I'm too easily drawn into some of these tiffs, and dealing with ignoramuses raises my blood pressure much too high too quickly. For nothing. People will believe what they want to believe, even when faced with overwhelming evidence to the contrary. And thinking I can help save the world by trying to convince deniers they're wrong is supremely futile at best, and harmful to my fragile health at worst. I need to stick with what I enjoy, and let the world rot at the hands of self-proclaimed experts. It's regrettable, and it's such a terrible price to pay, but it's just what the arrogant sons of bitches deserve.

One thing I can count on: Bobby is always happy to see me! In other news... I've started to release David's Animation Workshop, a new web resource for modelers. It's not totally finished yet, but it's far enough along to be useful. It offers details on every animation and special effect I've done since I started taking it seriously back in the late 1990s. You'll also find primers on the fundamentals of animation to help you understand how they work, as well as to help you develop your own. I hope you'll find it useful, or at the very least entertaining.

I doubt I could ever top yesterday's post, so I'm not even going to try. So here are my kitties striking a pose.
