Sequel to Ne Zha, this adaptation of a popular Chinese novel from the time of the Ming Dynasty, Investiture of the Gods by Xu Zhonglin, presents the mythology of the fictional titular character. While the CGI is not Pixar-quality, it's still nicely done, and more adult in style and tone than its predecessor. But given the subject matter, compounded by a significant culture gap, it could be a bit of a challenge for Western audiences to follow.
