A "kidney" shape is just enough of a break from a plain oval to look more interesting. Dramatic scenery and lots of structures also help. This double-track loop will let you run laps with two trains in opposing directions for hours of mindless fun—trust me, it's better than tranquilizers at the end of a tough day. Given its compact size, this one is also perfect to bring along to train shows.
