Tools: "Third Hand" Jig

Humans come with a maximum of only two hands, yet modeling often requires a third. Fortunately there are tools that provide a fair substitution for a third hand. There are a great many different styles from which to choose; I happened to get one of the more common designs that originally had a small magnifying glass in the center, which I removed. I'm not especially thrilled by its quality, and so I'm in the market for a new model.

Just getting started? Gadgets such as this can be found at online tool sources such as Micro-Mark. (It may seem like I'm "pushing" Micro-Mark, but I'm not; they specialize in tools for the hobbyist, and they have excellent customer service.)
