4.18. GD Billboard
John Allen's wry humor was evident in his modeling, and perhaps no more directly than with his self-promoting Gorre and Daphetid billboard. It first appeared when his original layout began its first stage of expansion, and subsequently appeared in various locations right up to the end.
To be honest, I don't recall much about building it, aside from adding braces, and making lights from bent pins. The image was from a reproduction of the original; I later had to re-render it with the altered name.
I located it on the layout where it first appeared on John Allen's original. Later I re-rendered the artwork to reflect the new layout name, and added a little touch of my own ("In Z Scale!").
