Lighting Effects: Highway Message Sign
We've all seen them: large orange contraptions parked on the side of the road flashing two or three messages. In my case, it will be a warning about construction ahead. I've been noodling over how to make one of these for many years, and I hope I finally get a chance to see it through for the BR&W.
