Grump Central Archive: Week of 22 July 2018

This has got to be one of the worst cases of flu I've ever had. I've coughed so long and so hard that at various times I've wretched, vomited, blacked out, pissed my pants and crapped my pants. And with Sarcoid, the cough could be with me for three to four months after the flu is gone. I must see a doctor...

To provide a pleasant distraction from real life crap, I'm enjoying a new dynamic with my feline family: Katie has elected to remain an outside kitty, and has become friends with Bobby. T-minus three days. Sleep has become nearly impossible, and the stress has brought on a case of Sarcoid the likes of which I haven't experienced in years.

Sunday, 22 July 2018

T-minus four days. It's really hard to get decent sleep—even positive stress is still stress. But then last night a nasty storm blew through, pummeling the cabin with dead branches all night long.
