Here's the listing as it appeared in over a dozen realtor websites [with some personal observations interjected in the copy].

[Actually, the appliances are brand new, not 'newer'.] The new bathroom has a gorgeous, tiled shower/tub. [The shower is indeed gorgeous, but it does not have a tub. Thankfully.] Close to the Jersey Shore, shopping, medical facilities and places of worship. The good life is waiting for you in Toms River. [That's debatable.] This home won't last! [I sure hope it does! It's lasted since 1969. Unless there's something you're not telling us.] Call today for a tour."
