Such a shame that Hayley Atwell's kick-ass female agent—extracted from Captain America—couldn't make it past two super-short seasons (18 episodes total). Quite a lot of time, money and effort was obviously invested in creating the eye-catching 1940s setting, while an array of colorful characters made for entertaining stories. But despite a 95% Rotten Tomatoes score, Agent Carter slipped into oblivion owing to questionable scheduling and distribution issues, and once again, creativity has been trumped by dubious business decisions. Makes me just a bit angry.
