I'm at a loss as to why this is considered a short film; I'd have said it's a 30-second political TV spot. It poses the question of how the trillion-dollar deficit will be addressed by George Bush, and speculates it will give rise to rampant child labor. Given its purpose, this "film" is no longer relevant.
