Tank Girl

Based on an obscure British comic strip, Tank Girl is no prize, and possibly even an embarrassment—especially for Malcolm McDowell as its villain. But it's not a complete disaster; Lori Petty is gleefully freewheeling, and the story is just so strange that you keep watching in hopes of possibly figuring it out. Ultimately it recouped only a quarter of its $24 million budget, which isn't at all surprising.
