Kung Fu Panda2008, DreamWorks Despite covering familiar ground, Kung Fu Panda succeeds at maintaining one's interest using anthropomorphized animals, although a few of the secondary characters don't quite work for me. There are enough adult-ish gags to keep us grown-ups entertained, and the animation ranks as some of the best from DreamWorks. DKS 12/17/17 FART-O-METER® Rating:

Kung Fu Panda 22011, DreamWorks DreamWorks managed to deliver a sequel with enough originality to earn it solid positive reviews comparable to those for its predecessor. This time it had the added attraction of 3D, although that's wasted on me as I don't give a whit about 3D. DKS 12/17/17 FART-O-METER® Rating:

Kung Fu Panda 32016, DreamWorks DreamWorks very nearly scores a third consecutive hit. While it delivers a reasonably fresh story, one can't help but escape the nagging sensation that the franchise should probably end with this installment, although the studio has indicated it had planned from the outset to produce a series of six films.
