The Nut Job

If this CGI film seems strange or even off-putting, it's probably because this is a Canadian-South Korean coproduction, so there's a definite cultural slant that's not tuned to American tastes. The central character is wholly unlikeable, and the humor tends to be crass and mean-spirited. And there's a sequel, Nut Job 2: Nutty By Nature. I'm not even going to bother.
