Unlike the track boxes, which are sealed shut, this one has recloseable end flaps, and it has a full-color photo on the back. I don't know if this was a packaging change for new 1969 products, or if it was a one-off.

The package contains 10 guardrails. The flexible white plastic may yellow slightly with age.
