4440: Traffic Light Roadway Contact
As far as I've been able to determine, this product was never released by Aurora as a Postage Stamp product, even though it appears in the bus set instruction booklet:
However, this is more likely to be 4443: Terminal Strip, 4 Contacts. It's a mystery as to what "Traffic Light Roadway Contact" actually means; it may be related to Faller 4040, which includes the bases and wires for traffic lights, although these were for HO Scale, 3-color lights:
All of this confusion serves to reinforce the strong likelihood that N Scale traffic lights were never manufactured by Faller.
