The Company

Graham Farish, a well-known manufacturer of N Scale model railway equipment and accessories in the UK, is now owned by Bachmann Industries, a subsidiary of Kader in Hong Kong, purported to be the world's largest hobby manufacturer; thus Graham Farish's Scenecraft brand is now a Bachmann property.

The Figures

Long before being acquired by Bachmann, Graham Farish packed large sets of Preiser figures in cardboard boxes with clear windows. They're all now long discontinued, and consequently this portion of the list is definitely incomplete. The new Chinese-made Bachmann sets come in clamshell cases, and the figures are quite outstanding—every bit as good as Preiser. Photos are mine.
