BICYC-LED is a very small German company dedicated to making figures, bicycles, motorcycles and other vehicles with working lights in HO, TT, N and Z Scales.

These products are extremely well made; the police motorcycles have multiple flashers and are something to behold (flasher circuit kits are available separately). They come in large clamshell packages. Photos are from Preiser.
