3. Modeling an Old Haunt

One of the things I knew in advance I'd wanted to model was an industrial building that butted up against a road that rose up over the tracks. The real-life scene had been burned into my brain slate practically from the time I could drive. It required quite a lot of careful planning so that the building met the sidewalk seamlessly, but was still removable.

Located on South Olden Avenue, the adjacent bridge was carefully recreated from reference photos, right down to the patches of cobblestone and the water main mounted atop the girder.
