Quite often I receive cries for help from modelers who find their own track planning efforts fall short of their goals. In this case, I was tasked with preserving the general track plan, but making it look more natural. As it often happens, the modeler created a rectilinear plan that follows the layout perimeter, and it's a relatively simple matter of arranging the elements in flowing lines. Before:
