HCDs and Medium-Sized Plans

HCD (hollow core door) layouts are extremely popular, particularly with N Scalers, because they're a snap to build. Just buy a flush HCD from your local big box store, along with a pair of saw horses, and you're ready to start building your layout almost immediately. Note that, since HCDs are sort of regarded as "N Scale's four by eight," I've also included a couple of HO Scale plans for the "sacred sheet," as well as others that drop between the two size-wise.
