4.7. Yard Office
I can't recall if the yard office for the original White River & Northern came from a Model Railroader magazine article or a Kalmbach book.
Regardless, the Greystone & Rock Bottom yard office has a rather strange origin story (below left is a hint). After its brief appearance on the Mountain Vista, it will take its place on the new layout.
