4.27. The Lily Pond
This late addition to the layout was inspired by a little scene I'd made for the Newport & Rock Falls II:
The only remaining spot on the layout with enough room for a plausible little lily pond was the area behind the enginehouse. As of 4 June 2021, I'm just waiting for the Sculptamold to dry, and then I can get to work.
By the next day, I had the water lilies and surrounding grasses added.
Now I need to make lots of cattails...
