On the Mountain Vista Railroad, Bearcamp Campground was located under the steel trestle. It featured a campfire and fishermen.
Bearcamp Campground lives on solely as an excuse to keep the campfire, located adjacent to the field of fireflies. Here, the camping site is beginning to take shape on 25 May 2021:

Bearcamp Pond, near the headwaters of the Bearcamp River, was the site of my summer home for many years growing up.
