Brawa 4594 — A DKS Retro Fave
Recently I made a major score on eBay. See the tall twin light fixture just right of center in this shot of the first White River & Northern? That's a Brawa "streetlight," 4594, which I'd used as a yard light since it's quite large.
On 19 February 2021, I retrofitted it with LEDs. It was easier to do than I thought, principally because 3mm LEDs exactly fit the shades. Although the result isn't as clean as I'd have preferred, at least it doesn't have wires connected to the outsides of the shades. Before, left; after, right.
The light was installed on 25 February 2021.
