4.5. Daphetid Freight Station
Although the Daphetid freight station didn't show up until John Allen had begun expanding the original layout, it remained there for the remainder of the layout's life.
I wanted to replicate it as closely as practical, so I rummaged through a great many kits and leftovers to find parts that captured the look.
Here's the finished structure posed in position before final installation (awkwardly) right beside the turnout, just as it was originally.
