Lighting Effects: Accident Scene with Police Cars
As I've noted elsewhere, I was always looking for ways to have stationary cars on roads, and an accident was a logical one. The scene I built for the White River & Northern IV had two police cars with working ski racks. For the BR&W, I'm thinking of adding a car on a flatbed tow truck.
