Lighting Effects: Barber Pole
It's a tossup as to whether this is an animated effect or a special lighting effect, since these poles actually rotate. Regardless, I've made two of them: a lighted N Scale barber pole for the White River & Northern IV *first image below), and a non-lighted Z Scale one for the James River Branch (second image). I wish I'd kept the latter, as it would be the perfect size for the tiny Lambertville Barber Shop.
