Lighting Effects: Campfire
Way back in the 1980s, when I was building the White River & Northern II, I made a camping scene featuring a campfire, and the effect wqas striking. I'll use the same technique—lights on a slowly rotating drum illuminating fiber optics—for the new version. The same mechanism, by the way, also drove the fireflies.
