Originally purchased by the U.S. Army (probably looking substantially similar to one of the above), #7079 came to the BR&W in 1970 by way of the North Hunterdon High School, who used it as a rolling diesel shop. It was sold to Octoraro Railway as their #9 in 1979.
The Model
I'll have to make do with a Bachmann 44-tonner as a proxy. Don't be surprised if it takes quite a while for me to get around to repainting this.
