Somebody's Lumber and Coal

This irresistible-looking business sits in front of Ferrellgas, and has a number of intriguing features. Note the truck scale, as well as the coal bin at the back. I'm still trying to find out what it used to be; today it's owned by Skylands, an energy company, which is associated with NJEasy, a home heating oil delivery service.
And yes, Skylands delivers coal.
The Model
Given my limited space, I can't feature all of the buildings. Of those that will fit, I'm tempted to use Branchline Laser Art #894 Crosby's Coal for the large structure in the first reference image; then I'll use any number of little section houses, outbuildings and sheds for the remainder.
