Originally this was going to be an auto parts store, since that's what's at the real location. However, after rearranging some of the homes to afford better views of the more elegant ones, I felt the auto parts store was out of place. Just down the street, however, is a funeral home which will look much more appropriate.
The Model
I'm toying with the idea of adapting the Aurora Postage Stamp Trains #4157 Two Story Home with Pool (without the pool).
