Coal/Water/Sand/Diesel

Reference: Water Tower

Although no longer used after the early 1970s, the water tower remained standing until the early 1980s. Evidently the shack over which it was built was removed around 1980.

Reference: Sand and Diesel

Sand and diesel centered around an old feed store that was moved closer to the tracks in the early 1960s.

Note that the Purina checkerboard-trimmed sign is still faintly visible in the 1963 image below.

The feed barn was later replaced by a series of smaller sheds.

Reference: Coal

Coal was originally piled next to the feed store building (first image, below), and later it was loaded using a ramp that cut across the yard tracks (second image, below). Now, coal is stored next to the storage buildings (last image, below). It's unclear when the changes took place, so I'll just have to wing it.

Ash Pit

Here's a glimpse of the ash pit, located just after the last switch before the enginehouse.

The Model

Some or most of this will need to be scratchbuilt.
