These are single-family dwellings, as opposed to the many duplexes and row homes in Lambertville. Here are some representative examples.
The Models
Presently the layout plan calls for five. While I've no intention of duplicating any of the actual structures, I've selected kits that are in the ballpark. Also, plans could change—perhaps radically—once layout construction begins, since it's quite difficult to know in advance how things will look and work in 3D.
