Lambertville Rubber Company

Reference

Lambertville had two rubber factories, the Lambertville Rubber Company and the New Jersey Rubber Company, both established in the latter part of the nineteenth century. The Lambertville Rubber Company was best known for its patented "snag proof" boots. It was also known for the horrid smell it produced, and the fact that all of the vegetation adjacent to the complex was eradicated.

Today, what remains of the complex is a mixed-use professional/retail space, although I've yet to learn when the building was refurbished (if I was to guess, it would be after my modeling period).

The Model

This looks like it'll be a fun Cornerstone mash-up.
