If your car needs fixing, there's no better place to take it than Edith's. She has a gift: she can place her hand on the fender while it's running, and tell you exactly what's wrong.
In reality, Edith knows precious little about cars; she just responded to an ad looking for a solid, sturdy middle-aged woman. And she sure fit that bill to a tee. She's the kind of woman you want on your side if you find yourself in a dark alley one night. And you wouldn't know it by looking at her, but she loves a good gag and will laugh her ass off.
