• 25 October 2013. Closed on the property.
• 4 September 2014. Moved into the camper.
• 14 October 2014. Tree work completed.

• 21 October 2014. Architect hired.
• 21 January 2015. Property survey completed.
• 14 February 2015. Wetland survey completed and submitted.

• 22 April 2015. Wetland survey approved.
• 30 April 2015. Septic system engineer hired.
• 18 June 2015. Soil logs for septic system taken.

• 27 July 2015. Applied for septic system permit.
• 22 September 2015. Began building the guest house.
• 24 October 2015. Septic system construction began.

• 26 October 2015. Moved into the guest house.
• 5 November 2015. Septic system finished.

• 3 December 2015. Zoning permit for construction obtained.
• 11 December 2015. Blueprints finished and submitted to township.
• 12 February 2016. Driveway graded.

• 29 February 2016. Groundbreaking for foundation.
• 2 April 2016. Foundation finished.

• 7 April 2016. Framing began.
• 26 April 2016. Well drilling began.

• 11 May 2016. Well finished.
• 1 August 2016. Principal framing completed.

• 6 July 2017. Temporary electric service panel installed.
• 10 August 2017. Temporary electric service connected.

• 9 October 2018. Underground service line conduit completed.

• 30 October 2018. Permanent electric service connected.
• 8 November 2018. First light.
• 8 November 2018. Passed rough plumbing inspection.
• 9 November 2018. Passed rough electrical inspection.

• 13 November 2018. Passed framing/mechanical inspection.
• 14 November 2018. Exterior doors installed.

• 24 November 2018. Picture windows installed (center two were defective and replaced on 6 February 2019).
• 29 November 2018. Roof finished and all small windows installed.

• 6 December 2018. Sliding glass doors installed.

• 17 December 2018. Garage door installed.

• 17 January 2019. Insulation is finished.
• 18 January 2019. Passed insulation inspection.

• 27 January 2018. Heat pump system installed and functional.
• 20 February 2019. Storage container removed.
• 2 May 2019. Well hookup is finished (nearly 3 years after the well was drilled).

• 4 May 2019. Toilet installed.
• 8 May 2019. Porta-potty removed.
• 9 May 2019. Moved into the house.

• 1 October 2019. Shower is finished.

• 7 October 2019 Gutters finished.
• 22 November 2019. Wood stove installed.

• 8 June 2020. Took a bath.

• 9 June 2020. Removed the camper.
