KILLER TUNA SALAD
Recommend using the best tuna you can find: better tuna = better salad. I prefer Wild Planet with no added salt.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can tuna
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan or Roman cheese
- 2 tbs. stone ground mustard
- 1 tbs. A-1 sauce
- mayonnaise
PREPARATION
Drain tuna and mince. Combine all ingredients with enough mayonnaise to suit your preference for creaminess.
