KILLER TUNA SALAD
This one is tricky: you need to trust me that people who claim to hate one of the ingredients invariably wind up loving it. So, don't tell them what's in it until after they start raving. Note that it may be too salty for some tastes, in which case more mayo may help, as well as the choice of crackers or other accompaniment.
Drain tuna, anchovies and black olives. Mince anchovies and black olives. Combine all ingredients with enough mayonnaise to suit your preference for creaminess.
