Amazing how so few ingredients can create such great flavor. I highly recommend Bellino balsamic vinaigrette; I've not found another that comes close to its rich, colorful flavor.


  • salmon steak
  • balsamic vinaigrette
  • fresh chopped parsley


If your bread pan is not non-stick, line it with aluminum foil (recommend the non-stick variety). Place steak in pan, and pour a liberal amount of vinaigrette over it. Broil until the vinaigrette begins to bubble. Carefully flip the steak and continue to broil until the steak begins to flake, usually when the vinaigrette begins bubbling again. Serve garnished with some fresh chopped parsley. That's it. Enjoy.
