More friends, more meals. Meanwhile, Sarcoidosis leaves me feeling as though I'm carrying around five hundred pounds of concrete in my chest.

Yesterday was a marathon day of cooking: I prepared lunch and dinner for four guests. It was an excellent way to get my mind off of Sarcoidosis. But all good things come to an end, and this morning has been rough, especially after having had one of the most deeply disturbing, vividly real dreams I've ever had. The dream ended with me sobbing uncontrollably, and when I awoke to a soaked pillow, I realized I was sobbing as I slept. I also recalled the entire dream in haunting, excruciating detail. It'll take me a while to recover from this.

Still dealing with Sarcoidosis. Perpetual pain, debilitating cough, and acute fatigue. I wish I was one of my cats. And a cold snap is on the way, with 3-4 days of highs around freezing and lows in the teens. The cold just makes me feel worse.

I'm definitely putting on weight, and it's all because of that damned cooktop. I love to cook, and naturally I'm obliged to eat whatever I prepare...

My health has taken a nosedive: Sarcoidosis is having its way with me, and there's no treatment for it. I've neither the energy nor inclination to do much of anything.

It's tough getting things done when I can easily spend hours just watching my kids, as I did yesterday afternoon... three hours and 120 photos later, I was still watching them.

Welcome to wayout wacky weatherville! Yesterday's high was nearly 70°, and today won't be far behind. And while the rest of the week will be a little more seasonable, we're not supposed to drop any lower than the high 30s for the foreseeable future.
