I'm hearing from friends that there's a lot of grief going on in Washington. About a week ago I stopped reading the news. While I don't like putting my head in the sand, 1) I can't do anything about it, and 2) it doesn't do my health any good. I've practically got a full-time case of angina, and keeping up with the news is just gasoline on the fire in my chest. So, please forgive my ignorance; it's a means to stay calmer and healthier.

2021 does not seem to be improving for me. I not only have a bad back, but I left a brand new box of kitty litter on the shopping cart at the grocery store, and drove off.
