2016, Walt Disney Studios

The first time I watched Zootopia, I immediately watched it again. Yeah, it was that good. I've since gone on to watch it about a dozen times more; it's not like I need to be reminded of what happens—I can almost recite some of the dialog. With each replaying, I spot something new; the imagery is so rich and densely-detailed that I may never notice everything. I've even picked through some scenes frame by frame. Of course it helps that it has a rock-solid story, complex and interesting characters, and some hysterical set pieces—the motor vehicle office scene leaves me in stitches every time. Thanks to Zootopia, I'll never again complain there are too many talking animal cartoons.
